We hope you love your Sankah order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, please email us at enquiries@sankah.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

We take great care when packaging your products. However, due to the nature of wax melts, minor cracking or frosting may occur during transit. This does not affect the performance, scent throw, or safety of the product and is not considered a fault.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending anything back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
