Processing Time
Each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand. Please allow 2–5 working days for dispatch, although we’ll always send your parcel sooner where possible.
Postage Costs
Postage is £4.95 for up to 2kgs, with final shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Local Delivery
We also offer local delivery to selected areas. This is automatically calculated at checkout based on the start of your postcode (for example, KA8 and surrounding areas where available). If your postcode qualifies, you’ll see the local delivery option appear.
Delivery Notes
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier or postal service. If you experience any delays or issues, please get in touch and we’ll happily help where we can.
